- Product(s) must match the brand, model, year, model number, TSRP, mileage, and CARFAX status offered by a franchise dealer. Price promise does not apply to dealer trades or special orders; additional fees may apply for these transactions. All manufacturer pricing values (TSRP, FIO, LIO, DPH, etc.) will be used exactly as provided by Toyota and will not be altered.
- A competitor's printout, photo, or smartphone display may be submitted via email or text to verify the competitor's online pricing.
- Price promise policy does not apply to competitor advertising/pricing errors.
- State regulated F&I products are exclusions to this policy.
- Competitor vehicle must be in stock and still currently available for sale.
- Payment matching is subject to lender approval per terms agreed.
- Casa Toyota will always match the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price promise purposes. We are unwilling to override sales tax to match a competitor's price.
- Dealer installed accessories are exclusions to price promise policy.
- Exclusions - prices advertised Black Friday through Cyber Monday.
- Prices must be within current calendar month, offers from prior months will be excluded.
- Casa Toyota may elect to call competitor's store or verify website address of franchise dealer to verify pricing and availability of competitor's vehicle.
- We honor all competitor New Car advertising within 100 Miles.
