What's New for 2027 Toyota Models: Trailhunter Trucks, an All-Hybrid Camry and the Electric Highlander
Toyota's 2027 lineup has a clear theme: more capability and more electrification. The Tundra and Sequoia add a factory-built Trailhunter package, the Camry is now hybrid-only, the Grand Highlander adds a Woodland Edition, and the Highlander becomes an all-electric SUV. Several popular models, including the RAV4, Tacoma and 4Runner, are still listed as 2026 models. Here is what's new, what is arriving this fall, and how to see it in Alamogordo.

What's new for Toyota trucks and large SUVs?
- Tundra and Tundra i-FORCE MAX: the 2027 Tundra gets updated, more purposeful styling, the latest Toyota Audio Multimedia system with a standard 14-inch screen and AT&T 5G connectivity, and standard Toyota Safety Sense 4.0. The new Trailhunter package, based on the SR5, adds Michelin LTX Trail 265/70R18 tires, an Old Man Emu upgraded suspension, front recovery hooks and additional underbody protection. The TRD Pro adds Tundra-tuned FOX enhanced Q3S shocks, red tow hooks and a new Honeycomb color. Both the twin-turbo V6 and the i-FORCE MAX hybrid continue.
- Sequoia: the 2027 Sequoia gets a sharper exterior, Toyota Safety Sense 4.0, the latest audio multimedia system, enhanced Digital Key functionality and the same newly available Trailhunter package. The TRD Pro adds FOX shocks and Honeycomb paint.
- TRD Pro colors: Honeycomb is new for the Tundra, Sequoia and Tacoma TRD Pro, and Hot Honey is new for the 4Runner TRD Pro.
Trails near Cloudcroft, dirt roads out to White Sands and weekends in the Tularosa Basin are what the Trailhunter package is built for. Tell us how you drive and we'll point you to the right grade.

What's new for the Highlander, Grand Highlander and other SUVs?
- Highlander: the fifth-generation Highlander is all-new and all-electric, in XLE and Limited grades with up to seven seats and standard Toyota Safety Sense 4.0. Toyota now calls it the 2028 Highlander. Sales of the XLE AWD and Limited AWD with the 95.8 kWh battery are expected to begin in early 2027, and the XLE FWD with the 77.0 kWh battery in mid-2027. - Grand Highlander: for gas or hybrid power in a three-row SUV, the Grand Highlander adds a new Hybrid Woodland Edition for 2027 with rugged design details, joining the LE, XLE and Limited. It is offered with a 2.5L hybrid, a 362-horsepower Hybrid MAX on the Platinum, or a 2.4L turbo gas engine. See the Grand Highlander Hybrid too.
- Land Cruiser: the 2027 Land Cruiser is listed as a 2027 model. Ask us what's on the lot.
- Corolla Cross: the 2027 Corolla Cross is offered in gas and hybrid versions.

What's new for the cars?
- Camry: the 2027 Camry is exclusively hybrid, pairing Toyota's fifth-generation hybrid system with a 2.5L engine, in LE, SE, Nightshade, XLE and XSE grades with front-wheel drive or electronic on-demand all-wheel drive. Grades, features and options carry over, and it arrives this fall.
- Corolla, Corolla Hybrid and Corolla Hatchback: the 2027 Corolla family is listed on Toyota's newsroom. Toyota's estimates are 32 city and 41 highway for the gas sedan and 53 city and 46 highway for the hybrid.
- Prius: the 2027 Prius and Prius Plug-in Hybrid are listed on Toyota's newsroom.
- Crown: the 2027 Crown and Crown Signia are listed as 2027 models.
- GR86: the 2027 GR86 is listed on Toyota's newsroom.

- bZ and bZ Woodland: both are 2027 electric SUVs. Toyota's estimated range is 314 miles for the bZ and 281 miles for the bZ Woodland.
- C-HR: the new C-HR is a 2027 electric SUV, with an estimated range of 287 miles.
- Hybrids across the lineup: the Camry, Corolla, Corolla Cross, Prius, Crown, Grand Highlander, Tundra and Sequoia all offer hybrid power, and the Highlander goes electric.
